Activity Codes
Activity are the reason that you are requesting a unit from the HandyTrac system
All of the Activity Codes in a system can be fully customized to suit your needs. Selecting a proper activity code when requesting a key makes your audit trail much easier to understand.
Move the most frequently used activity codes to the beginning of the list.
Older Generation 10 systems will have a two digit number associated with every Activity Code. These number will be on the printed list so you can post the list next to the HandyTrac system for quick reference.
