Activity Codes
Activity are the reason that you are requesting a unit from the HandyTrac system
All of the Activity Codes in a system can be fully customized to suit your needs. Selecting a proper activity code when requesting a key makes your audit trail much easier to understand.
Move the most frequently used activity codes to the beginning of the list.
Older Generation 10 systems will have a two digit number associated with every Activity Code. These number will be on the printed list so you can post the list next to the HandyTrac system for quick reference.
Editing Activity Codes
To edit Activity Codes, log in to your HandyTrac account online and select Activity Codes under the Administration menu.
