Custom Report
The Custom Report is a powerful tool to quickly find the exact information you need. You can combine Activity, Unit, and Employee information to view necessary information while keeping entries you are not interested out of the the way.
In the above example, we wanted to know if Marie had Returned a key for Any of the four Units listed. Other employees, units, and activities are filtered out. We used the date range shortcut for "All Dates", meaning the entire audit trail will be searched.
Not every field needs a selection. As an example, if we wanted to know if Anybody had Returned a key for Any of the four Units, we would leave the employee selection blank.
