Work Orders in Yardi must be assigned to employees.
Employee names must match exactly in Yardi and in your Active Employees list in the HandyTrac system.
Unit names must match exactly in Yardi and in your HandyTrac system.
Pulling a key for a Yardi Work Order
Main screen after signing in. In this example, two work orders are assigned.
An employee must sign in to the HandyTrac system using their fingerprint or badge and PIN.
Work order number and unit are listed.
When the employee taps on the "Work Order" icon, they will see a list of work orders that are assigned to them.
Work order and hook information is given when the work is selected.
When the employee taps on a work order, the door will open, they will be directed to the hook the unit key is located on, and they will be given details about the work order.
The employee scans out the key to confirm they have the correct key.
