Building pull

The Building Pull function allows you to request a group of keys at once instead of requesting each key individually.
Buildings must be programmed in your database to use the Building Pull function. Check your  Key Map⁠  for available building listings.

Building Pull Key Request

    Sign in to the HandyTrac system.
    Enter Activity 10 for Building Pull
    Enter a second Activity code for the reason you are performing the Building Pull (eg. Management Inspection).
    Type in the name of the Building as listed on your Key Map.
    Press ENTER.
    The system will automatically pop open the door and tell you where to find the first unit key.
    Scan the key out to verify it is the correct tag.
    Once scanned, the next unit in the building will automatically be requested.
    Repeat until the entire building is requested.
    Once you are finished, close the cabinet door and press OUT to sign out.
