Enter Code: “handytrac” and Description: “HandyTrac Key Control.”
Navigate to: Security > Set Permissions
Search for the newly created “handytrac” group.

From the Permissions list, select Find then Edit.
Set the following Permissions to Read:
    Interface Web Service: Service Requests
    Interface Web Service: Common Data
    Interface Web Service: Resident Data*
    Save the security group permissions.

Navigate to: System Administration > Security > Add User
    Create a new interface user
Enter appropriate names for Code, First name, Last name.
Link to a security group for the specific Interface Type. The security group should have Read access to the Service Requests web service interface.
Enter the property code or property list code in the property field to allow interface user access to properties configured for Handytrac.
Create a Username and Password for the user
    Save.
In the “Privileges” tab, check the box for “Interface User”. This will give user access through the web services, but not the Voyager front end.
    Save.

Submit Interface Information

To submit the required setup information to HandyTrac,  fill out our online form .
Yardi is generally configured company wide, with each property having their own ID. When setting up multiple sites for Yardi, all information would remain the same except the Yardi Property ID. If you are setting up Yardi for multiple properties, please send an email to  service@handytrac.com  with a list of property names and associated Yardi IDs. You do not need to submit a completed form for every individual property if they share the same Yardi configuration information.
If you have any issues, please contact  service@handytrac.com .
