Structure

Structure

All HandyTrac systems at property locations are assigned to a Region, each Region is assigned to a Division, and each Division is assigned to a Corporation. This structure is created during initial system setup, but changes can be made by HandyTrac support or by users with proper hierarchy permissions.

Corporation

A corporation is the highest level and contains every location company-wide. A user that is assigned at the Corporation level has automatic access to every HandyTrac system in that corporation. At this level, full corporation-wide reporting and alerts are available. In addition, a user at this level has access to manage all other website and system accesses for other managers and users.
A new HandyTrac system is added to existing accesses when it is assigned to the corporation, either through a new system purchase or a site transfer. No additional configuration is required by any party, making onboarding of new sites quicker.

Divisions and Regions

Divisions and Regions are collections of properties managed by one or more higher level managers. These can be organized by geographic area, corporate structure, or manager purview. A user at these levels can access adjacent or child locations, depending on permissions. For more information, refer to the  Hierarchy Site Logins  guide.

Properties

Each HandyTrac system is assigned to a specific property location, which is the lowest available level of access. A user that is set up at a property level can only access and manage that specific property.
