HandyTrac Touch Premium and Platinum systems allow employees to be restricted from requesting specific unit keys. The unit will be "greyed out" on the display and they will notified that the unit is unavailable.

To set up a restriction, select one or more employees and one or more units, then click Add Restriction. You will receive a pop up confirming your selections.
To remove restrictions, select one or more of the Current Restrictions, then click Lift Selected Restrictions. You will receive a pop up confirming your selections.
The restrictions that are set on the system will be updated the next time the system communicates. You can force a communication by tapping on the HandyTrac logo on the touch screen one time.
