The HandyTrac Mobile App

The HandyTrac app puts management of your key control system directly on your phone, so you can keep an eye on things whether you're on site, between buildings, or already home for the night. You can check key activity, run reports, and get alerts without sitting down at a computer.
It's available for both iPhone and Android, and you sign in with the same website account you already use.

You'll find the app available for free in the  Apple App Store  and on the  Google Play store . Once installed, sign in with your existing HandyTrac username and password.

You see everything you need right from your home screen, with easy to reach fine-grained options for all sites you manage.
  • At the property level, managers and approved on-site staff see the keys, transactions, and activity for their building.
  • At the regional and divisional level, managers see that same activity rolled up across all the properties they oversee, which makes it easy to compare locations and notice the ones that need a closer look.
  • At the corporate level, you can quickly find any property in the organization and review activity across the whole portfolio.
Every level draws from the same records, what you see in a property report will always match the regional and corporate views, no need to manually combine disparate reports.

Timely notifications for key activities are the best way to keep your system organized, your employees accountable, and your records compliant. Stay on top of keys with immediate alerts, daily summaries, and important system statuses. There a number of alerts, and you decide which ones come your way. You can switch them on for individual properties or across your entire portfolio and pick what matters to you.
  • Real-time alerts reach you the moment something happens, such as a door left open or a key being out too long.
  • Daily summary alerts send a notification right when you need it, so you can go home knowing everything is back in the system at the end of the day.
  • Inactivity alerts flag employee badges that may no longer be needed so you can ensure only the correct people have access to your systems.
